Where it all Began

My health journey started when I was diagnosed with systemic sclerosis, Hashimoto thyroiditis and deep vein thrombosis at 29 years old. It was a moment I will never forget.

How I can help

My consultations are person-centered and always a collaborative process, where I’ll work with you to find the root cause of your health concerns.

INFLAMMATION
DIGESTIVE ISSUES
AUTOIMMUNITY
FATIGUE & SLEEP
CALMING ANXIETY
UNEXPLAINED SYMPTOMS

It all started with a night in the hospital.

In 2019, my life changed dramatically with these words: “You have Systemic Sclerosis and there is no cure.”  I was just 30 years old.  The diagnosis felt like a punch in the gut.

While immunosuppressants offered relief, they didn’t address the underlying imbalances. My lung capacity was reduced and my body’s movement were restricted due to the tightening connective tissues. I knew this was a defining moment and I had to take back control of my health.

I immersed myself in searching for an alternative, natural solution and discovered functional medicine. That discovery pivoted my life. Today, I live symptom-free and I’m passionate about helping others feel the same relief and freedom in their own bodies.

As a Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach (FMCHC), Functional Nutrition Specialist, and an AIP (Autoimmune Paleo) Coach. I support people living with autoimmune conditions, inflammation, hormones, gut health challenges through personalised nutrition and functional medicine.

Living with an autoimmune condition shaped everything about the way I work. I know how it feels to be told your tests are “normal” when your body is clearly telling you something is wrong.

That’s why I bring both clinical knowledge and real-life experience to the way I support my clients. My work priorities is in finding the root causes of symptoms, whether that’s gut health, inflammation, immune dysfunction, or hidden triggers.

Together, we’ll explore what your body needs, using personalised nutrition, lifestyle support, and testing if needed, to guide our approach.

If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d love to support you.

FAQ

Functional medicine is a personalised, root-cause approach to health that looks at how your diet, lifestyle, stress, environment, and genetics influence your wellbeing. Instead of just managing symptoms, it helps uncover and address the deeper imbalances contributing to your health issues.

For you, this means a more tailored, sustainable path to feeling better — especially if you’re dealing with chronic conditions like autoimmunity, fatigue, or inflammation.

Normally the first appointment will last about 60 to 75 min to get to know you as a whole person, and what your concerns may be. Appointments may be shorter after the first, depending upon the treatment plan.

This usually depends on your unique needs. After our Initial Consultation I will create a personalised wellness plan with, or without the follow-up monthly coaching. Working together will be a combination of my professional recommendations and what you need to overcome health challenges and achieve optimal wellbeing.

You will create an account through the online platform, Healthie. Once you create an account you will complete the intake form, diet journal, medical history and consent forms. This will allow me to learn more about you and show up ready to ask questions and dive into our sessions together.

Yes. We offer a range of testing, including gut microbiome analysis, food sensitivities, hormone panels, heavy metals, and environmental toxins. We will work with you to determine which tests are recommended based on your symptoms and health goals. Testing is optional and is not included in the membership.

We measure progress in two ways: symptom reduction (using a clinically validated quality of life survey) and biomarker improvement. Periodically, we check in and measure both areas to see how you’re progressing and identify next steps in your care plan.

I accept bank transfers, debit and credit card payments through Stripe and PayPal.

It depends upon your health insurance policy. If you’re not sure, we suggest you contact the policy holder or insurance company.
